the new monarch honestly sucks and will see only very minimal play. Glow-Up Bulb is quite ridiculous. Cursed Charm and D.D. Ground will both probably see side deck play. Large Heat Wave Should. Not. Exist. Psi-Blocker seems worth a look once hes completely confirmed and lets hope Skull Meiser is another card that counts as skull servant. :3

What new Monarch I'm not seeing it at all

There’s way more in Starstrike Blast than just big Synchro Monsters. It’s chock full of new cards for Blackwings, Scraps, Watts, Naturias, Koa’ki Meiru, Genex, Fabled, and Ice Barrier strategies. There’s even a brand new Monarch: Delg the Dark Monarch. This set also introduces the new Karakuri monsters, a new brand of Machines that pull off lots of tricks by constantly changing battle position.

I think he is quite terrible.

Hmmm if you can reuse his effect over and over again seems like he could deplete your opponents resources. He's another "special" summon Monarch which is at least worth gazing at. But yea he probably wont see much play over Caius.

there are no naturias in the set, at least in the Japanese set. There is a link to 80/100 confirmed cards in the set.

I'm excited for the Scrap support in this set, not too interested in anything else. If anyone needs me, I'll be anxiously awaiting the full details on Scrap Mind Reader
